Gerken Environmental was retained by a residential developer to provide lead-based paint remediation activities as part of a renovation project in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Scope of Work included the removal and disposal of lead-contaminated paint materials as follows:

• Window Frame Remediation - 114 Window Units
• Window Sash Remediation - 18 Window Sash Units
• Exterior Door Frame Remediation - 9 Door Units

Gerken Environmental mobilized to the site as required by the General Contractor, completed the renovation activities and coordinated remediation activities along with renovation activities as required by the project Owner and General Contractor within the project schedule generated by the General Contractor.
