Gerken Environmental was retained by a General Contractor to provide removal and disposal of lead-contaminated paint finishes as part of a renovation project in Kennett, Missouri.

Removal and disposal of lead-contaminated materials as part of this project included:

• Lead-Contaminated Paint on Brick Substrate - 68,000 Square Feet
• Lead-Contaminated Paint on Wood Substrate - 12,400 Square Feet
• Lead-Contaminated Paint on Metal Substrate - 9.500 Square Feet

Gerken Environmental completed the Scope of Work within the General Contractor's project schedule and within the project budget estimated by Gerken Environmental.
