Gerken Environmental was retained by a residential developer for the purpose of providing mold remediation services as part of a historic restoration of the Traveler's Hotel in Kirksville, Missouri.

The Scope of Work for the project included:

• Contaminated Carpet Removal - 7,400 Square Feet
• Contaminated Ceiling Tile Removal - 8.200 Square Feet
• Contaminated Partition Wall Removal - 20,000 Square Feet
• Contaminated Wall Cleaning - 8,000 Square Feet

Gerken Environmental worked in coordination with the Owner's General Contractor to complete the Scope of Work within the project schedule generated by the General Contractor, including all clearance and air monitoring activities required by the Owner.
