Gerken Environmental was retained by a General Contractor to complete asbestos abatement services as part of a complete renovation of the hotel constructed in 1870.

As part of the abatement process, Gerken Environmental was required to remove and dispose of:

• Asbestos-Containing Pipe Insulation - 600 Linear Feet 
• Non-Asbestos Concrete Flooring Material - 1,200 Square Feet 
• Non-Contaminated Dirt and Debris - 360 Cubic Yards 

This project was completed using multiple phases and within the budget provided by Gerken Environmental.
