Gerken Environmental was retained by a residential developer for the purpose of removing paint materials containing elevated levels of lead within The Oaks Hotel Apartments as part of a renovation project to turn the abandoned hotel into low-income apartments for the community of Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

Scope of Work included:

• Door Frame Remediation - 86 Frames
• Interior Door Remediation - 86 Doors
• Door Frame Trim Remediation - 3,440 Linear Feet

This project was completed within the time frame allotted by the project's General Contractor and within the budget generated by the Owner.
