Gerken Environmental was retained by the Magnolia Regional Medical Center to provide demolition services as part of a new hospital building project in Magnolia, Arkansas.

As part of this project, Gerken Environmental was required to remove and dispose of the former Magnolia Hospital structure which was abandoned after the completion of the new Magnolia Regional Medical Center. Gerken Environmental provided demolition services for the approximately 100,000 square foot facility, including the removal of structural piers, footings, parking areas, loading docks and out buildings for placement of a new parking lot upon the previous building's foot print.

Demolition activities were completed and the Owner was able to install and utilize the new parking area ahead of project schedules set by the Owner's project consultants.
