Gerken Environmental was retained by a General Contractor to provide interior demolition services throughout the former Ridgeway Motel facility in Monticello, Arkansas.

As part of the project, Gerken Environmental was required to remove and dispose of all:

• Interior Walls
• Mechanical Systems
• Electrical Systems
• Concrete Interior Staircases
• Elevator Systems and Shafts
• Roofing Structures
• Adjacent Buildings 

Gerken Environmental was able to complete the scope of services within the proposed project schedule provided by the General Contractor, while allowing other trades access to the building for renovation activities.
