Gerken Environmental was retained by a General Contractor to provide asbestos abatement services during the renovation of the Saline County Court House.

Gerken Environmental was required to work with the General Contractor and the Owner to schedule abatement activities within the occupied courthouse during normal business hours. This included working within main corridors, file storage areas, prosecuting attorney offices and conference rooms.

Asbestos materials removed and disposed of within the Scope of Work included:

• Asbestos-Containing Pipe Insulation - 1,600 Linear Feet 

This project was completed using multiple phases and within the budget generated by Gerken Environmental.
