Project Details
Gerken Environmental was retained by the Holten Public School District for the proper removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials within the former Colorado Elementary School. Gerken Environmental was required to work closely with Nabholz Construction Company to complete the project in preparation of demolition of the building to facilitate construction activities of the new elementary building. Gerken Environmental was able to complete our scope of work within the time frame allotted by the construction schedule including additional pipe insulation discovered beneath the building concrete slab.
